Our client is an established, privately held, Northern Hardwood company with a continued record of growth and profitability - doubling sales over the past few years. They believe their key competitive advantages are an outstanding reputation for high-quality hardwoods and their extensive breadth of products. They also have the capacity to rip, sort, and mould product.

The President has continued to be active in sales but would like to begin backing himself out of that role so he can focus on other parts of the business for growth and diversity. As a result, they have retained us to help them find an experienced, knowledgeable professional with a successful track record in hardwood sales to add to their sales staff. Someone with strong sales and people skills…excited about the chance to join a stable, well-respected, hardwood company.
